HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY
video

A Little song that Syd learned at school.

The girls had a great St. Patty's Day. They woke up to a couple of trinkets left behind by a leprechaun. But it wasn't all sweet, he turned our milk green. The girls were very suprised. I even made Shepard's Pie tonight for dinner. It was actually really good and easy peasy to make.

Syd and Sara got to have all their CD's moved to their room. Sydney was very excited to be the master of her own music.

Sara was the dancer while Syd spun the tunes.

BEND, Oregon

From March 1-8 we took a vacation with my parents to Bend. Ahhhhh Bend......I love it there!
We were packed to the hilt with Ruby added to the family. Everyone did great on the 6-7 hour drive. Other than the inconvenient "I got to pee" and the question "When are we going to be there?" all went really well.

The house was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us. I should have taken some pictures of the crazy antler lamps and Indian antler weapons in this house but I forgot. It was a crazy shrine to dead animal remains.
Taking a walk to Sunriver Village.

You may not recognize Pat and I but we are the crazy snowboarders in this picture. We had the most phenomenal powder. The weather was intense but the snow was great.

Mom and B. I was so glad that they decided to come along. Think my favorite memories is watching The Bachelor finale with them. 3 hours of reality TV at it's best. Mom used the work Johnson a lot and B taught us a new term....crouch crickets. Hee Hee!!

Sisters....These girls had a great time. Sara when asked what her favorite part of vacation was said "Being with family". (K, that one felt good). Syd's was swimming in the hot tub. When I told her what Sara's favorite was Syd said "She's silly".
Sledding at the snow park. Both girls were really brave. Then Sara ate too much snow and got cold. But they both got some really good rides.

Sara eating her ginormous snowball....She was very content.

Pat and I on the sled hill. We were kinda heavy for the tiny sled and didn't get far but with our photographer Syd we got a good picture.
On our last day we hiked up Pilot Butte for a beautiful view of Bend and all the mountain around this valley.
